Isolate Ground Patient Care Vicinity

I have a request for an isolated Ground in a Patient care area to supply a plug in EMG machine. According to sources the machine is receiving noise/interference, and they are cancelling patients. According to NEC 517.16(A) An isolated grounding receptacle cannot be installed within a patient care vicinity.
What recommendations if any can get rid of the noise interference?

Find the source of the noise. Neutral Grounded down stream from the Neutral Ground Bond is number one. Piece of equipment in on the same circuit then check on the same panel.
