If by that you mean does it require GFCI protection, then the answer would depend on the location more than anything else. The fact that it is an isolated ground installation will not, by itself, bring GFCI requirements into play. See 210.8.

If you mean GFCI. Then no, the NEC does not require it. Unless other conditions are present.

Correct me if I am wrong,but, I think you are asking if a twist lock isolated ground receptacle needs to be "GFI" protected. In that case the answer is depends on the location of where it is installed(see 210.8).

GFCI........ not required if the rating is over 20 amps

If there is a nearby sink for one (applies under the 2008 NEC). If it is in a kitchen is another condition. It's all in 210.8.
