If by that you mean does it require GFCI protection, then the answer would depend on the location more than anything else. The fact that it is an isolated ground installation will not, by itself, bring GFCI requirements into play. See 210.8.

Does an isolated ground twist lock recepticle need to be ground faulted

Correct me if I am wrong,but, I think you are asking if a twist lock isolated ground receptacle needs to be "GFI" protected. In that case the answer is depends on the location of where it is installed(see 210.8).

it is in a mcdonalds resturant in a eledtrical chase mounted to a wall in a area outside the kitchen
