I seen an illustration on the proper way to wire a isolated receptacle. My question is on commercial. When running one grounding and one grounding with yellow stripe on a raceway from the main panel and being junction with other boxes. Can the isolated ground wire be splice in other junction boxes and supply other IG'S receptacle OR the IG/'s receptacles needs their own dedicated isolated ground wire coming from the main panel.

I think you will find both ways acceptable by NEC. More of a specification than an NEC rule. I've seen it done both ways but rarely do I actually see a seperate EGC to each outlet.

No, each IG receptacle need not have its own EGC home run. Just treat the IG EGC as another line conductor.
