IST-4S32 Dimmable Advance ballast schematic help

I just want to make sure I'm looking at this schematic correctly. You know as it actually is within the light, as in, laid out end to end, instead of two bulbs over two bulbs. I think I'm right. I would just like confirmation. I'm mostly looking that I have the correct jumper placement and what-not.

Here is the schematic for the light from advance.

This is my first attempt on Paint to draw a schematic of this light fixture with the lamps end to end instead of over and under. Please look over my amateur attempt!
