IT low voltage cable deployment inspection applications

Greeting,
I am new to forum. Any knowledge, and experiences to share, recomendations about an IPAD or PDA app for inspecting and reporting on ITS cabling deployments to be used for work-in-progress quality audits and final deliverables audits?
Capabilities to include photos with notes is important, ease of use, etc...
