I work in an industrial facility built in the 50s with Bulldog panels everywhere you look, handling lighting and receptacle loads. At one time or another, I or one of my co-workers has experienced every problem previously described. We tend to badmouth the Bulldogs pretty severely, and have an ongoing program of swapping them out. We all tend to overlook the fact that they have provided pretty good service for 50+ years in a very harsh environment. Will their predecessors do as well?

That is a MN thing, my dad says that too, also calls the accelerator in his truck the "footfeet".

And... I found this out the hard way in the navy, people in MN grow up playing "Duck, duck, grey duck" everywhere else on the planet it is "duck, duck, goose"

I might be a bit slow catching up - when young we called it a "daven-O"
then when modernized a bit it became a "sofa".....are these all a couch?

I surely remember a footfeed, then we called it a gas petal, still do - never heard anyone call it an accelerator. That is kinda hard to roll off the tongue.

If any of you corn dog fans ever travel thru Missoula, Montana - take the Orange Street exit, right next to I-90 is a gas station with SPICY corndogs!
When I pass thru Missoula I always stop ny buy 5 or 6. Keeps me going for a couple hundred miles.....
