J Box Sizing

Can you guys help me properly size a junction box. The box will have 4 ridgid conduits entering it. Each Conduit will have 3- 3/0 wires and 1 #6.

Thanks thats a good link to those pictures. It is 2 inch and an angle pull. I'm going to use 18x18 for this one.
