Does anyone have any experience with JEA in Florida? Everytime I schedule a disconnect of power with them, and get the inspection passed, they tell me it will be a day or 2 before they can come reconnect the power. That's just ridiculous when all we are doing is a main panel upgrade. is there anyway around this?
