Any of you guys ever get a pain right of above your stomach under the chest while trying to bend conduit pulling down on it. Happed to me to day and it seems to hurt evreyrime I sort of stress that motion​

most likely, you have a rib out of place.

i've seen a chiropractor to resolve stuff like this,
but ribs can be a PITA. sometimes they don't
go back into place easily.
 
Could also be an abdominal hernia, where you have a tear in your abdominal muscle wall and a part of your intestines are pushing through. That only gets worse and can be fatal if left to fester! Happened to a friend. He ignored it at first until the muscle wall ripped more and he got a football sized bulge sticking out. He almost died because it blocked his intestinal flow and he got septicemia (blood poisoning) that has now damaged his heart, liver and other organs. Put him on permanent disability at age 42.

Bottom line, don't ignore things like that, see a doctor right away.

I had a problem like that a couple of years ago. I was diagnosed with cracked ribs. Very painful but you just have to grin and bear it while it heals....
