Jockey pump fed from building panelboard

I looked in actual code text in NEC 2017 section 695 but did not find it. Maybe it is in nfpa 20 but I missed it.

Where does it say jockey pump can be fed from building panelboard feeder breaker downstream of main service disconnect in actual code text aside from info notes which are not enforceable?

More importantly, where does it say it can't be ??
It's a pump motor, Art 430. The Code does not cover where the power originates other than fire pumps.

Ok so Where does it say in NEC 2017 code or NFPA 20 that fire pump circuit can be used to power jockey pump?
