I have listed fire pump controller, isolating switches and power transfer switch assembly. The load side terminal of the ATS also supplies Jockey Pump tap and fire pump.

If the assembly is listed for fire pump can then ATS load side terminal also supply the jockey pump? Would that not invalidate the listing

That drawing does not show the load side of the transfer switch supplying the jockey pump. The only issue would be if there are terminals on the load side if the normal supply circuit breaker for the jockey pump conductors to land on . Also those conductors would be tap conductors and required to comply with requirements of 240.21(B).
Note that multiple sections of Article 695, permits the fire pump circuit to also supply power to a pressure maintenance pump (jockey pump).

Correct drawing shows load side of circuit breaker. I dont get its all one assembly how can there be load side terminal. If there is then would I assume the fire pump circuit supply conductors be up to the controller?

You will have to look to the drawings and specifications for the transfer switch.
