Junction Box accessibility and OSHA

Does anyone know what OSHA regs cover J-box accessibility?
I saw another string that refers to it but does not list what the applicable reg is

Take a look at 1910.303(g).

Basically you have to provide clear space around electrical equipment that has to be maintained or worked on.

...unless you're doing work for "Construction, alteration and/or repair," in which case 1926.403(i)(1)(i) applies: "Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, the dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive shall not be less than indicated in Table K-1." Note that it specifies that clearance is only needed if the work must be done live.
