Does anyone have any 1900 original wire loom hanging around and would like to sell it?

Is there such thing as a "romex type squeeze connector" that's maybe porcelain? When entering a JB or panelboard what is the "listed" way to bring the knob and tube into it? A porcelain tube in a 3/4 Romex connector?

When working with tin plated copper is a regular twist better than a wago type? Should I have some porcelain 1900 wire nuts handy?

Also. Are there books on maintaining and modify K&T correctly?

I would recommend using a bit of clear heat-shrink tubing at each cut & stripped end to prevent the cloth overbraid from fraying.

I have seen porcelain chase nipples used.

1900 practice was usually to solder, then wrap with rubber tape for electrical insulation, then wrap with friction tape for mechanical protection.

Sounds like an interesting project. Setting up a museum display?

And if you look around for an older edition of The American Electricians Handbook, there is a chapter on K&T

Here is an 8th Edition from 1961. It might be in there, but you can probably find an older one

It kinda looks like a porcelain connector with no metal locknut?

I use the outer sheath of romex as 'loom' to protect K&T from the last knob when entering a newly added box.
Just remember to never staple it like romex.

Modern wire sleeving is still available. I use it for protection of wire in some control panels:

I have a couple of the porcelain bushings and for feeding wire through knockouts.

Also it appears that there is modern production of many of these parts for use in electric resistance heaters, for example:
