I am trying to figure out the KW formula for a 208v/30amp circuit. I have found three formulas on http://www.abrconsulting.com/Conversions/elec-con.htm#kW-kVA but I am unsure which to use.
We have a UPS which provides 3 phases (A/B/C) to our equipment.
The 208 feed is contructed of two of these links (such as A & B) and two 30Amp breakers which are locked to one another.
These three phases are orginaly setup to supply single phase 120v/20amp circuits.
Is this a single phase, two phase or three phase 208? From looking on this board, I think it is a three phase 208 using two "legs" of a 3 phase connection.
This meaning that the formula should be (A x V x PF x 1.73)/1000
