What and where do they get those black stub fittings that they were screwing into the deck for the smurf stub outs to fit into? I never saw any like that in any Carlon or Cantex catalog before, unless I whizzed right by that page. Anyway, those seem pretty handy for deck work stub downs.

we did an asissted livng building that was 3 stories and the slabs were exactly 8' apart and we ran smurf tube for everything. the slabs were floor on one side and ceiling on the other. they came back and sprayed popcorn directly on the concrete ceilings./
