Labor Productivity for parallel wires

Hello, when installing parallel wires in the same conduit, do you charge labor per each wire or for the entire pull?

thanks for the help guys!
 
By default, I add labor for every conductor. Although you can decrease the labor factor some if you have multiple conductors. You still have to setup the spool and prep each conductor.

Would you still add labor for every conductor even if you are using the "most difficult" rate from NECA? Thanks.
