Can anyone recommend a relatively inexpensive (under$100) laser that can be set on a level surface and project a point onto the ceiling?

I’ve got some pendant lighting I need to layout above an island. Ceilings are vaulted and 13’ height above top.

I guess homeowners wouldn't be too happy with string and a plumb Bob anymore... countertop/isle layout never conforms to your "x" layout anyways

Just need a dot laser level. Harborfreight has one for $70

At that price you can get name brand bosch. I like my crosshairs and center point bosch it's held up well and it uses AA and has a hard case.
