If you are within-sight of your panel of source for the equipment whatever it might be no disconnect is required. I dont recommend this. The within-sight rule is 25 feet.l3city said:Hi there!! If your Laundry equipment is hard-wired (i.e. no cord & plug) then you need a disconnect (i.e. a motor rated swich for example):smile:
