Laundry room Dry, Damp or Wet location ?

Would a laundry trailer be considered a Dry, Damp or Wet location? I am considering adding an SDP inside a laundry trailer to accommodate for needed dedicated circuits for washers and dryers, A/C and outlets.

The laundry trailer is constructed the same as a jobsite office trailer. The SDP in question is a Secondary or Sub Distribution Panel. my apology for the confusion.

I know about "SPDs" Surge-Protective Devices, art 285. And "SBDs" Silent But Deadly, I think they are covered by art 500.

Actually the underlying message, in that post, was that some acronyms are confusing, if they are not commonly accepted by the trade. In the electrical trade some things are called different things, in different areas, or even within different companies ("Garvin cover", "California box", & "hold-its" have about 20 different names).
