where do i find the ul listing about lay in lugs? i want to know how many conductors its rated for. probably a stupid question

That would be identified in the manufacturer's installation instructions or stamped directly on the lug itself.
Grounding and bonding equipment are listed per UL 467 and under category code KDER.

i dont see anything on the lug. its a greaves beaver tooth DB lug
