Ok, I'm lazy. I haven't done a multi family calc since I took my master exam, and need to spec a service for a 12 plex this evening. Does anyone know of a quicky calculator for multi-family dwellings?

I'm getting ready to do 12 units right now - single phase, 800 amp main w/ 200 amp panel for each unit as per engineered drawings. The units have 2 thru wall heat pumps each, electric cooking, electric hot water, electric dryer, plus the lighting and receptacle load (which is minimal) - I really wanted to go 3 phase but I was shot down on that.
