A condunrum here . . . Don't those same GCs employ the same attorneys as do we. Do I smell a little conflict of interest here? It smells rotton. Methinks we ECs are in the wrong 'profession'.

Here is a stolen quote from a pretty sharp electrical contractor who is from California, so he knows what he is talking about.... " There are three types of General Contractors- Dishonest ones, incompetent ones, and dishonest, incompetent ones."


Actually I have met a few who fall into neither of the above, but they are few and far between. Always get it into a contract from now on.
