Leasing a master electrician license

I was surprised at what I was able to get. In addition to wages, benefits, etc., they are also going to send me to the Electric West conference and trade show in Las Vegas March 17 - 20. I threw this in at the beginning thinking they would decline it and it was the only thing they did not have a counter offer for.

Sounds like this can be a very rewarding experience. This company understands that someone needs to keep up with new stuff, and a little bit of fun on the company goes a long way to bolster the moral of key individuals.

I was in a similar situation 2 years ago, and did not know where to turn, and how to proceed... because of it, nothing ever happened with me, and they found someone else.
