LED drivers burning at 277v circuits

Hello guys
3phase 277/480 lighting panels
277 to neutral per fixture
800 plus 2x4 fluorescent fixtures
Replacement with 2x4 led panels
After installation drivers keep burning left and right
So far after a month
282 drivers

any clues ??
many help would be greatly

Perhaps it could be caused by a bad connection in the neutral of 3 or 4-wire MWBCs. This would allow unbalance between the L-N voltages on different phases depending on their relative loading. For example, fixtures on a less heavily loaded phase would get more than their share of the voltage and could be damaged. Fixtures on all phases could be effected if the fixtures are switched on and off or dimmed at different times, shifting the unbalance around.
