Hey guys, any help would be appreciated. I've installed TCP Elite 65W halogen replacement LED lamps with Lutron C.L Dimmers. The lamps will flash for a second when they are initially turned on. Its in various locations of the house so they are not on the same circuits. The house is newly constructed. I've literally installed hundreds of these lamps over the last 18 months and used the C.L dimmers, but this is the first time the issue has appeared. Thanks
