Customer installed some new LED lamps to replace some incandescent lamps. He said when you shut the light off the new LED lamps continue to glow slightly. The light is controlled by two, 3-way switches (no dimmers). Any ideas as to why this would happen? Leakage current?

I had this issue, but the light was controlled by a timer. Is there a timer on this circuit?

Are they glowing continuously? I have a Sylvania PAR20 LED that glows for 15-20 seconds after switching off. If they're glowing longer than that, maybe one of the switches has an indicator light that's putting voltage through the lamps?
