Looking for info. on a type of LED decorative light that comes in various lengths. Lights flash starting at top and go down to bottom. Anyone know any Canadian distributors. Hpoe I asked this question OK.

What you're describing is called "light chasing." It resembles movie marquee lighting of old, but is available in many patterns with electronic controls.

I suggest doing a web search using "led light chasing" or something similar. Try various words. Let us know what you find.
