LED manufacturer fast and loose with data

I wouldn't trust anybody who trashes another vendor or a customer to me.

That was actually his fellow sales reps he called primadonnas. But he did rip on another LED product, illuysis tubes.

I wouldn't call that a response. More beating around the bush and putting you off.

Yeah, imagine my joy of an hour of this back and forth. I feel bad for the others there that just wanted to see some cool new lights.

A fast, non-stop talker with almost nothing to say!

He did say something. Rebates. I sent an e-mail to a couple engineers in the Dept of Energy advising them of my concerns with LED replacement lamps not performing at claimed levels and included a link to the US Dept of Energy study I already showed you guys. I'm such a stinker. But I don't want any of my tax money going to rebates for this garbage. Haven't gotten a response yet from that e-mail.

"Question: Would you tell us some places we can see them in use?"

And actually got a response. If you call it that.

"Answer: Yes, I would."

Anyone in Utah or NY?
