Does anyone here know where i can locate various led parking lot light fixtures in the same kelvin as high and low pressure sodium?

Call the supply houses. If they can't answer the question at the location you call, they can probably refer you to one of their national lighting specialists.

You'll need to specify Amber LED for Low Pressure sodium (near observatory or coastline?) and 1800K is going to be hard to come by to match high pressure sodium unless you get some form of RGB in LED. This is much more difficult.
