How would you calculate T-24, (Allowance) for LED type track light where/if each LED fixture have 14 watt input-LED driver..? Thank you

If the luminare are movable and you can add or remove, then you calculate by the legnth of the track or a current limiter rating. As far as I know.

I agree, the type of head means nothing, only the length of the track.
