I just finished reading the meeting minutes from November in Oregon. One signing supervisor had his license pulled and he cannot work in the electrical field for 5 years because he pimped out his license and got caught.
Letting another contractor use license

I'm old school and always respected my license and never pulled a permit for friends, General contractors etc. My dad pulled a couple of permits when his helper got fined for doing 100 amp service upgrades without a permit or license. Fine was more then he made on the work. He felt sorry for this person and told him that he would never pull a permit for anyone because it was eating at him. Like I posted in an earlier post with life time liability no.matter how much a person offered me It would not be enough. Side note hope everybody is taking dated photos or videos of completed work especially inside of every panel, safety switch, ATS etc just to cover them selves.
