Will check, thank youI don't know about this system, but I have seen systems where a bad connection will allow you to get a good reading while unloaded, but the voltage drops under load. Check the line side voltage while you load the system.
There is no fault code. Our bonding is good.There should be a fault code thrown. Is this fed from a three phase panel via customer transformer? Check voltage to ground, most likely the transformer was not bonded, tripping the electronic protection. Probably due to voltage imbalance to ground.
Have you demonstrated other EVSE brands work fine on your service feeder setup?Customer has 4 of these chargers that test proper output voltage, but they shut off as soon as connected to a vehicle. There are no card readers involved. These units are fairly new, but Leviton service to this point is not coming through with a solution. Curious if any other techs have experience with this.
