A) you got way toooooo much time on your hands...

B) sounds eerily (sp?) similar to this situation

C) Tom violated the letter of the law, but he was definitely targeted.

Now, get in your boat and go to work....

LMAO...I'm just finishing up drying the basement and clearing drains.

i gotta go up to exit 18 on the t-pike today. waiting for them to clear the downed light pole by rt 3 that's screwing up traffic.

but back to licensing. it's not something to mess with. Tom was doing what everyone else did (including valisman(sp?) and his mentor), the gov't targeted Tom and it cost him millions of $$ in fines and legal fees.

take the test, be done with it.

I speak only for myself, but from the questions asked by valisman (sp?) i see a recipe for disaster. I wish you the best, but I think you are getting about 40 steps ahead of yourself and setting yourself up for major problems.

But that's just an unbiased outside POV based on what you've said and asked.

I counted the years, months, days and minutes, till the day I could get my license and had all applications ready to go, actually submitted some early as the processing time was known to be long, they were rejected.

I say get them as soon as possible. Heck take the test if you fail take it again?

I failed one test and no one punished me. I have never understood the afraid to take a test theroy.

As long as I am spewing wisdom from ppl older than me, another fogey once told me:

I don't regret the things I have done, I regret the things I have not done.

Go take the test....if at first you don't succeed, try-try-again :D
