License sharing renting

When are they going to crack down on license sharing, Leasing someones license while they work for another company. Or retired. There are Giant companies coming into state buying up all the business with large fleets of vans and 2 million year advertising campaigns. How is this fair to a small business contractor?

It's not fair. That's why we formed electrical contractor associations here in NJ to fight big utility companies who want to get one license and have 50K employees and a huge advertising budget. Small guys can't compete on that level. If the CEO of the big company ends up losing his license because of an infraction he'll probably still be the CEO of the company. If you lose your license you're out of business and looking for a job.
