One other item... if it's your license, then is must be your permit.

And where is the insurance adjuster going to go first when someone else burns a house down wired with your license?

Worked out very well untill I became an Inspector. It was determined that it was a "conflict of interest" as my BO sits on the state board. My business was 2 countys away but that didn't seem to matter. I was counting on that for retirement.

The last time I checked the only requirement was for the license holder to be a full time employee, send a letter to the secretary of state as qualifing the company and provide supervision. The only problem is that they don't specify how much supervision.

I think the rules in Gerogia are about the same as Flordia. Not good.
