I am actually working in Fort Leanard Wood now.It is funny I do a bunch of federal work around the country.Most of them grumble when you tell them about the violations when your doing reno.In the past 3 yrs they have started bringing in third party inspectors.Good thing in my opinion.
You do not have to hold a card to do the fed work.But we try to get license in every state we are in just for mind sake.I am from PA which also does not require it.We hold are license in Reading and Harrisburg.And yes it makes it tough to make a good living when Ziek the amishmen can install panels.We compete against guys who will install a 200a system for 500 bucks.
