Light Bulb

If a LED light bulb that's light the old school ones in lamps that has plasticy bulb burns up is it def the light bulb being faulty or could it be electrical/wiring issue?

I guess if I got a call about a lamp out I would start with replacing it unless this is something that is burning out frequently then you might have something else going on. What makes you question that it isn't the lamp?
