I am looking for some help regarding my sons injury while taking a shower in a motel room in Wisconsin. A flat glass recessed light fixture about 1 foot above head room was installed. As he reached up he put his hand through this light fixture cutting his hand, requiring 5 stitches. Had he broken the bulb and made electrical contact it could have been fatal. My question is, what is the code for light fixtures in an enclosed shower and could you site the code section for my reference. Thank you kindly for your help.
