Ascos have only one coil, it is used for both opening and closing.

For connection you do get a common, open and close terminal. Internal switching makes it work with one coil.

Approved is not the same as listed.

Approved. Acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
I am sure the RIBs would be approved if the lights they control come on when the RIB fails. In other words wired normally closed.
