It will show the Light pattern, volume and apron spray, based on height, and lens type, lamp type. But only if you can input that information.

I have used both Hubble and lithonia. You must have an idea of what type of lighting fixture you want and you will need to use the MFG software as well. Then after you punch in all the data it will show the ft candles (lm/ft?) in various spot in the room you designed. When we did our library we worked with BSE and they did that for free and their software allowed us to put up the shelving and desks so we could see what the ft candles were on the tables and in front of the book selves. The software will allow you to experment with different types of bulbs and measure the effects as well.
