Thanks Roger. For continuous load I should multiply 5,540 by 80% which is equal to 4,432 watts, correct?

If the load truly fits the definition of continuous found in Article 100 you will be required to figure it at 125% / 80% whichever way you want to look at it.

That being said, those are code minimums not always the same as good design.
