lighting meter. & lighting level guide

I am starting into the lighting audit for small business. in converting T12 to T8. I need a lighting meter and also looking for a lighting level guide that gives lighting level values for offices, classrooms, retail etc.

I found this meter on Amazon. com . is this a good meter? and where can I find a resources for downloading on lighting level recommendations?

I did not make it clear. I do not have this meter. It looks similar to the one I have.

Riograndeelectric, I have a Greenlee 93-172 which works great. Shows both lumens and foot candles plus has different scales. I didn't recall what I paid for it, but looked it up which was about $175 in 2005.

I hate to sound cheap but WOW$125.00 for a lighting meter. I guess like all things if you want something good quality you have to pay for it.
what do you think of the one I posted the link on?

You may need a meter that comes with a certificate of calibration or can be certified if you plan to do this on a regular basis.
