I've seen something similar in breath right nasal strip packaging. I usally open them in the dark so I don't wake up my wife. As you peel open two sides, the glue has a blue spark, but you can only see it when you do when the room is really dark. Happens every time regardless of the humidity.

Pull some tape off a roll of electrical tape in the dark. Look at the point where it separates from the roll.

Cut a grape almost in half to where you can butterfly it but it is still connected by a thin hinge of grape. Now put it in the microwave and watch.

I almost posted the same thing. Happens in a lot of similar situations, but these are almost always opened in the dark.

This is magic! ! There are a lot of plastic trays in my refrigerator, but I still don't know how it relates to moderation and results. I hope I can see the ice flickering in the dark.
