Sounds like he is a ground electrode!

If I remember correctly, there was a park ranger out west somewhere who was in Guinness for being hit 7 times. I guess this other guy has tied him.

Not the record I would want....

It eventually twisted his mind so badly, he killed himself. He could not handle the fear of being hit anymore.
 
That's him...Great part of the country to be from.....But shooting his self over a woman must have been the lightning damage.
 
Seven times eh? Not the kind of guy you want to hang around in a storm.

It's like tornadoes. You always hear of cows flying through the air, but the chickens seem to come out unscathed. If the cows were smart they would grab hold of the chickens...
 
actually, he didn't intentionally shoot himself, although that is not widely know. what happened was, he slipped on a banana peeler.
