Lights flicker when compressor turns on

Howdy all,

Was hoping to find some guidance on tracking down the cause (and a solution) to an electrical issue I have.

Just installed a walk-in freezer, and every time the compressor in the condensing unit is activated my lights flicker for a split second.

Electricity is fed from the power company transformer to my yard pole, where it goes to a junction box and sends power to our 1) House, 2) Barn 3) Garage.
The condensing unit is fed off of the new barn (200amp) panel.

But the lights flicker in not only the barn, but also in the house and the garage.

I'm trying to determine which tree(s) to bark up:

Inquiry if the electric company has a sufficient transformer and service cable diameter to the meter? (25kva)...
See if there is an issue with the compressor or start capacitors? (all brand new)
Or... other possibilities that I'm not thinking about?

The compressor is 5hp, RLA is 25amps, LRA is 124.

I ran 6 gauge cable from the 200amp service panel to the condensing unit. The service panel in the barn is fed with 3/0 aluminum, undergorund.

I do not know what the cable size is from the transformer to my meter is.

Looking for any suggestions on how to approach this issue to start ruling out possibilities and narrow down a solution.

Thanks!
Andre
