lights in cooler doors

[Fault Finder]

I was asked to troubleshoot a light in the door of a drink cooler in a convienience store. There are 10 doors side by side with a 6' flourescent lamp vertically on either side . I lifted cieling tiles and looked all over the cooler but can't find a ballast. These doors are heated and have fog protection . I dont want to start taking them apart looking for a ballast and damage them. Has anyone ever worked on these cooler door lights?

Some are on top of coolers and some are behind panels? Call manufacturer if need be.

The last one I repaired, the ballast was on top of the unit and mounted inside a wiring compartment adjacent to the compressor.

Ditto all above. I'll add sometimes below... I will say that they are usually not far away. Often you can see the wiring routed in one direction behind a panel behind the lamp, and it will point the way.
