line and load conductors in same raceway

a 1ph 208v circuit feeds a disconnect. the disconnect is for a fan. if you run the line and load wires in the same raceway, do you count all of the conductors as current carrying, or do you only count one set?

You count them all. They all produce heat the derating is intented to limit the heat produced in the raceway.
