Line Side Grounding

I have a MDP with self made knockouts, if I have (2) 4" rigids supplying this MDP and 2 locknuts on each raceway do I need bonding bushings or would these locknuts be considered "bonded" or do i need locknuts rated for bonding?

Service raceways need to be bonded take a look of 250.92 A 1 and 250.92 B 1

Sorry I didn't make atention on the locknuts that you point before!!!

You could use one bonding locknut or bonding wedge on each raceway. It doesn't have to be a bonding bushing.

Then you need to use more than just normal locknuts. See the last sentence of the last paragraph of 250.92(B). As infinity has pointed out, there are other ways to accomplish this besides bonding bushings.
