Listed factory installed unit w parallel fuses DC

Please see attached sketch. I have listed factory installed unit that has parallel fuses 20A for + terminals which are allowed per NEC 2017 section 240.8. The unit has DC system voltage with + and - terminals. I have #12 awg 10 of them into the unit which connects to The 20A fuses 5 of them in the unit. The output conductor from unit is #3 awg (100A cable) 2 of them one for the + and other for the - terminal.

My question is the following:

1. Would the 5 - 20A fuses protect the #3 awg cable or not?

It appears to me that the number three conductor has an ampacity of 100 amps and is protected by 100 amps worth of overcurrent protection. I question The jumpers on the supply side connecting all the fuses together. They seem unnecessary.
