Live parts in Panel Board Installation

What is the min. height required between the live part for a panel board (BUS BARS) and floor level . according to NEC
 
the voltage system is 220/380 V,

408.5 ;No, the panel is top entry
please advice
 
No specific distance from floor for the bus components that I am aware of. In general you could place the cabinet bottom directly on the floor and that typically would still put your bus at least a few inches higher because the bus is usually not extended all the way to the end wall of the cabinet.
